Check out the following 10-minute physical activity routines that you can complete anytime, anywhere.

 

No Equipment Needed

You don’t need expensive equipment to be active, all you need is yourself and a chair!

 

Mindfulness

Stressed from school?  Stressed at home?  Do this video to help you relax!

 

Partner Routine

Take advantage of being active with friends. Grab some friends and do this activity inside or outside!

 

Dance it Out 

Dancing and rhythmic movements are a great way to be active. Do this activity and show off your dance moves while getting healthy!

 

Total Body

Want a total body activity you can do anytime, anywhere? Try the 12 x 12 challenge – it’s super easy, do each exercise 12 times!
